Objective:
With the Sprint/Nextel merger, Kiosko was challenged to engineer, manufacture and implement the aesthetic re-branding of 250 white and red Sprint kiosks for Radio Shack throughout the U.S. in a 4-week period of time.
Process:
The Kiosko team immediately immersed themselves in the development of the new kiosk branding components while simultaneously plotting the execution of the overnight overhauls of 10 kiosks per day in the course of one month.
Results:
Kiosko delivered the on-time transformation of 250 kiosks in a highly-organized and strategically executed nationwide re-branding program!
