Objective:
The Massachusetts Lottery Commission opened their first Kiosko ticket sales and claims kiosk in 2004 at the Natick Mall. With the mall undergoing a complete renovation, the Massachusetts Lottery was asked to move to a new kiosk in a new location on an exterior wall.
Process:
Kiosko's sales staff worked with the lottery staff to fully understand the requirements of this new kiosk. From the unique footprint to the required security measures to clear branding of the kiosk within mall standards, this was a complex project.
Results:
