New standard stock (non-custom) merchandise may be returned or exchanged within five business days of receipt of goods. Kiosko will issue credits once the merchandise has been received and inspected. All returned items must be in their original factory condition and in their original packages with all factory-supplied paperwork and packing materials.
Credit will not be issued if product has been installed, damaged, is missing parts, or is otherwise used.
The customer must attach a label with the RGA number and shipping information on each returned package. Your RGA number can be obtained by contacting our accounting department.
All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured in the event they are damaged in transit. All returned or exchanged merchandise is subject to a 30% restocking fee. If customer refuses a delivery, a 30% restocking charge and the return freight fees will be incurred.
Special order items are not returnable for any reason.
