Kiosko guarantees that our fixtures are free from defects including deficiencies in workmanship and materials quality.  We will gladly replace or repair any faulty fixture resulting from a manufacturing defect for a period of two years from original delivery date at our cost. Kiosko warranties third party components (incorporated into a Kiosko fixture) for a period of one year from the original delivery date for transformers, ballasts, and other electrical component items and for a period of six months from the original delivery date for light bulbs, provided that the defect is not found to be the result of product misuse. The Kiosko guarantee applies to the original fixture owner, in the original installation/delivery location, and is not transferable. 

In order to make a warranty claim, follow the instructions provided in the Kiosko Returns policy; contact the Returns Department at 802-886-3030, extension 1046, or contact your Sales Manager for assistance.  Have your original invoice or order number available.  Do not throw away any item that is being claimed against the warranty policy as it/they may need to be returned for inspection prior to a replacement being shipped or a credit being issued.  Warranty as stated applies to all product paid in full at the time of the claim.
